Terms & Conditions: ServicesSaltech Consulting provides procurement and business support services. Services are delivered according to the agreed scope with the client Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. All invoices are due in full before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.Refund PolicyPayments are non-refundable once services have commenced. Any refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.Client ResponsibilitiesClients must provide accurate information and documents required for procurement or business support. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information may affect delivery times.Limitation of LiabilitySaltech Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.Privacy & Data ProtectionWe respect client confidentiality. Personal and business data will only be used to provide services and comply with legal requirements.Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.

Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via bank transfer and PayPal. Payments must be made in full in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • If a client cancels a service after confirmation, 20% of the advance payment will be retained as a cancellation fee.​

  • If we are unable to deliver the service on time, the client will receive a full refund of the amount paid, with no deductions.​

  • Any bank or PayPal transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.​

  • All payments are accepted in USD unless otherwise agreed.
